We follow the Birth to Three Matters government framework for child development through planned activities and sensory experiences. The development of each baby is carefully recorded in relation to this framework in their own personal development file. Files are accessible for parents to look at/contribute to at any time.

The layout and organisation of our purpose built Tweenies room provides the safest possible environment in which our Tweenies can flourish. Our Tweenies room staff have been specifically chosen for their experience, knowledge, sensitivity and thoroughness in their approach. The key to our happy children is the individual care that all of our Tweenies receive.

Staffing

The individual needs of each child are continually assessed and staff provide appropriate care and experiences to aid their development.

The staff ratio in our Tweenies rooms is 1 member of staff to 3 children. Often, this is increased.
